Expo Hire delivers and collects directly from exhibition venues nationwide, ensuring all necessary items arrive at the same time. For instance, we supply various display cases, including lockable glass cabinets, to secure valuable products.
Clients hire a range of furniture to define their stand layouts. Counters provide a focal point for enquiries and sales discussions; our popular reception counters typically measure 1 metre wide. Poseur tables and bar stools create informal meeting areas, while comfortable sofas and tub chairs suit longer client discussions. For more formal engagements, meeting tables and chairs are available. These pieces help define zones within your stand for different interactions.
Beyond furniture, we offer essential items to complete any exhibition setup. Display cases, including those with internal lighting, showcase products effectively. Lockable glass cabinets provide security for high-value items. Rope and pole barriers manage visitor flow or define VIP areas. Shelving units organise product displays or literature. For refreshments, mini fridges or larger upright fridges, often standing 1.8 metres tall, keep drinks cool. Waste bins maintain a tidy stand throughout the event.
Expo Hire manages delivery and collection, aiming for a straightforward setup. Specify your required delivery and collection times when placing your order online or by phone. Our team ensures all hired equipment arrives and is collected promptly from major venues like the NEC Birmingham, ExCeL London, and Manchester Central.
Expo Hire does not charge a security deposit. A free minor damage waiver covers minor damage and loss. Excessive or negligent damage is charged at 10 times the hire price. Full details in our terms and conditions.
Expo Hire charges a fixed fee to many major exhibition centres across the UK, covering timed delivery and collection direct to your hall and stand number. Check whether your venue qualifies on the carriage calculator. For most qualifying venues the fixed charge is £100 with a minimum order of £500.
